Our Conditional Payments feature provides a way to accept online payments 24/7/365 when you are not able to confirm the identity or the correct amount due at the time your insured wants to make a payment. Our Payment Look-Up feature is a real-time query of all receivables that gives your insureds the ability to quickly find what they owe without the need to create an account or join a portal. They just simply type in search criteria to find out what they owe and make a payment. They can even make payments on multiple invoices and take credits. The Simply Easier Payments system provides accelerated funding with payments being deposited in one to two business days. All credit card payments will be deposited the next business day. All ACH payments will be deposited on the second business day. |
