As a Business Customer Support/Service Representative for Simply Easier Payments, you’ll channel your communication skills to bring proactive solutions to insurance agents, carriers, MGAs, and Premium Finance Companies every day.
Working with small/medium sized businesses, as well as major and national accounts, we’ll call upon you to provide expert support for technical, financial, billing and service inquiries, as well as assist our customers with the onboarding process and training.
Your talent for providing the utmost in personal attention to your clients, and a calm, reassuring voice will empower you to manage each customer interaction with total confidence. You’ll make an earnest effort to resolve all calls, troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and services.

Given the current situation, this position will be remote initially, but candidate must be able to commute to our corporate location in Durham, N.C. on an as-needed basis.
